Meet Our Staff
Courtney has background in musical theatre and has been performning for and teaching kids for over ten years. She loves to create fun programs that keep kids involved and learning at the same time!

Courtney is a certified infant massage instructor and has a passion for teaching Mommy and Baby dance classes. She is a busy mommy to three little guys who have grown up going to mommy groups.

Hello! My name is Jess Stevens and I am a Wife to my amazing husband CJ, a Mama to my 9 month old baby girl Charlotte and a fur Mama to our six year old dog Jax. I grew up in Markham and moved to Guelph four years ago. I love Guelph because of the amazing green space.
Being someone who is super active I love taking advantage of trails and any opportunity I can get to exercise outside. I have always had a passion and love for health and fitness and am so excited to be providing you two stroller fit classes this spring!
