Stroller Fit
Get fit, have fun and walk outside. Keep your babe all snuggled in the stroller while you work up a sweat. We walk every week at a different path in Guelph
Possible Fall program if we receive enough interest.
All of our programs are designed for the whole family and you only need to sign up as a family!
If you are a home daycare you can sign up as one group!
10 weeks Toddler play $100
9 weeks Baby Steps $100
You can always join our programs once they have started if there is space
No refund after the 3rd week of programs but will receive a credit
All programs need a certain amount of families to run
Move & Mingle
A week interactive workout social with your babe! Each week we chat, do some sort of workout and end with circle time.

Massage & Music
Learn how to use baby massage into your routine! Each week you learn more massage techniques as well as songs to sing & sensory play
