One of my goals this year was to use up the items in my pantry and my freezer before I start filling them up again. One of the items I had in my cupboards were egg noodles, I had bought them a while back thinking I would make tuna casserole although the last time I made tuna casserole it was not a huge success. It was kind of bland and I was not excited to make it again. I discovered this great recipe though that was much easier and so tasty.
I made a few changes but this is a great recipe if you do not have tons of time. It is also great for the kids to add some fish into their diet.

Here is what you will need
1 can of tuna
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1./2 cup of egg noodles
1/2 onion
1 cup of Frozen peas
1/2 cup of cheese (chedder cheese)
Start by boliing a pot of water and add the egg noodles and frozen peas together. Let them cook together until soft.
Drain, add soup, onion and tuna.
Keep on low heat as you stir.
The time take to make the whole dinner will be under 30 minutes. You can add more or less cheese to your liking and maybe some different kind of cheeses to switch things up.

My whole family loved the casserole and it is one I am going to make again soon.
